Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and stir into the sauce mixture. Set

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season pork strips with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, just until tender and crisp

  4. Return the cooked pork to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the pork and broccoli. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
