Breakfast Sliders

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon

  • 1 lb sausage

  • 8 eggs

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 package Hawaiian butter sliders

  • 1 tbs melted butter

  • 4 slices of cheese preference

 

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, heavy cream and seasonings in a bowl and scramble in a skillet over medium heat. 

  2. While eggs are cooking make bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Make smaller sized patties with the pork sausage and cook in skillet over medium heat (Picture shows ground, but patties work best for this sandwhich)

  4. Once all cooked, slice entire package of rolls in half and place in baking dish. 

  5. Add layers in whichever way you like. Brush melted butter and sprinkle salt over top of bread (optional on the salt)

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 

    Then enjoy!
