Breakfast Burritos

Breakfast Burritos by Red Wagon Bakery, loaded with bacon, sausage, eggs, cheese, and verde sauce
 

Ingredients

  • 7 slices bacon

  • 1 lb mild pork sausage

  • 7 eggs

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • Frozen country sliced potatoes

  • 1 cup green mild Verde sauce

  • 1 ½ cups of Mexican 4 cheese shredded cheese blend

  • Large flour tortillas

  • Add any veggies of your choice.

 

Directions

  1. Ground and cook your sausage on a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cook the bacon in a separate skillet over medium heat. Once done chop into smaller pieces.

  3. For the scrambled eggs, crack 7 eggs into a bowl and add ½ cup heavy whipping cream. Season to your liking. We used salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

  4. Cook the potatoes in a separate skillet over medium heat.

  5. When everything is done cooking, thow it all into one pan and mix. Add 1½ cups Mexican shredded cheese, green Verde mild sauce and stir together.

  6. Take your tortilla and add your combination to the center in a line and then roll your ends in and fold over the sides until you have your burrito shape.

  7. Put it into a skillet over medium head to brown the edge down. Flip it over and brown the other side. Serve with your favorite side of salsa or the Verde.
