Banana pancakes

Fluffy and flavorful, these banana pancakes are made with ripe bananas, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla. They’re quick to whip up and perfect for a cozy breakfast. Top with syrup, bananas, or powdered sugar for a delicious start to your day.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup flour

  • 1 tbs sugar

  • 1 tbs baking powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 ¼ cup milk (any)

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed) (about 1 ½ cups)

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 1 tbs butter (melted)

  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla

 

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine bananas, egg, sugar, butter, vanilla and combine. Then add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.

  2. On a heated griddle, (350 degrees) spray it with cooking spray. Use a measuring cup of your choice and add pancake batter to griddle. Once the flat side is darker in color, flip over and make sure they cook all the way through.

    Top with your favorite maple syrup, powdered sugar, bananas, or anything of your choice and enjoy!
