Avocado and Tomato Breakfast Pizza

Red Wagon Bakery's breakfast pizza is loaded with bacon, avocado, tomato and cheese, and topped with runny eggs and more cheese
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pre-made pizza dough

  • ½ can of cheddar mild cheese sauce

  • 1 avocado sliced and then cut in half

  • 1 tomato, sliced thinly

  • 1 package bacon (I only used ½)

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook the bacon in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. While bacon is cooking,

  3. Form the pizza dough into a circle or a square depending on how you like it.

    Poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Bake the pizza dough for about 5 minutes.

  4. Layer on your cheddar cheese sauce and spread across pizza dough.

    Add slices of avocado and tomato to your liking.

  5. Cut up the cooked bacon into pieces and then layer over the toppings.

  6. Crack 4 or 5 eggs directly over the top of your pizza.

    Add the mozzarella cheese on top.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked through and then broil for another 4 minutes to brown your cheese on top and enjoy!
