Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 onion
1 small can of green chili’s
1 packet of large flour tortillas
1/2 cup of ricotta
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded cheese of choice
1 can enchilada Sauce
Preparation
1 mix sour cream ,cheese , ricotta, room temp cream cheese with hand held mixer .
2 . Add diced onion taco season packet and 1 small can of green chilis
3 Take the chicken off the bone and shred the chicken with hand held mixer .
4 add the chicken
5 in a large glass pan put a little bit of the enchilada sauce on the bottom
6 add tortilla put a little sauce in than mixture roll it up and go till it’s full probably will have 8 to 10 pour the rest of the sauce on top
Bake 25 mins at 375
Than 5 more mins after you sprinkle more cheese on top
