And the Picnic Tiktok’s continue!
That’s right.. As I mentioned in last week’s In The Kitchen post - each day this week one of our creators are going live on Tiktok as @Foodtoktv with ideas and themes for picnics. We started off the week with our own @Cooking_with_Caz with his versions of Taki’s Chicken Tenders, fried chicken legs and a sweet treat, M&M clusters.
Then on Tuesday night, Sherry_Skinner shared with another full house of folks her takes on chicken kebabs, cowboy baked beans, potato salad in a bag, and butterfinger trifle. You can watch the full live on our Foodtoktv Youtube channel here.
This morning, our Swedish-based creator, @Justlikegranny woke many of us up with her take on club sandwich pinwheels, creamy guacamole and fruit infused carbonated water
Stay tuned for more as we round out the week on Thursday, May 26th w/ @Cooking_Comedy_Chaos and some Firecracker Coleslaw, Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad, the infamous C3 Grinder salad and a cool and crunchy dessert fruit pizza. Then on Friday May 27th w/ @Frank_MentorSF gets to share some of his favorites - so much so I am actually making these for our picnic on Sunday with my unique twist on a Mango Jicama Citrus Salad with Blueberries (Savory Sweet), a cool and spicy Watermelon “Chili” w/toppings, and some simple make-ahead Marinated “Antipasto Sticks”. On Saturday May 28th w/ @OctoberDragonfly, we get a Hero Sandwich, some over-the-top good S'mores Dip and a refreshing Watermelon Slush to wash it down with. We wrap up the week on Sunday May 2th w/@GlutenFreeMamaAnn with two versions of picnic and buffet favorites across the country as Andrea shares her take on Jalapeno Deviled Eggs & Avocado Deviled Eggs.
