Recipe for layer 1
1 lemon sliced
1 room temp brick of cream cheese
1 package of cheesecake pudding mix (i use sugarfree)
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup water
Beat until smooth.
Let this set up in the refrigerator while preparing the next layer
Recipe for layer 2
Add whipping cream to a bowl (I cool a stainless bowl bc it keeps the cream colder longer) and whip until stiff peaks are formed (i used a stand mixer)
Add the gelatin powder to the whipped cream gently mixing it in.
Next simply layer by adding creamcheese mixture then the fruit fluff mixture.
I like to add thinly slice lemons between layers
If you’d like you can add this to a pie crust but since i am on a low carb diet i prepare it crustless.
I also like to make this with limes and lime jello.
