This Lemon Berry Parfait is so easy, you can make it with any flavor combo! It’s so good you won’t believe it’s low carb and keto friendly. I think this little number will set off your breakfast in bed for Mother’s Day
Lemon Berry Parfait
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (6oz) box sugar free lemon gelatin
Directions
Add whipping cream to a bowl (I cool a stainless bowl bc it keeps the cream colder longer) and whip until stiff peaks are formed (i used a stand mixer)
Add the gelatin powder to the whipped cream gently mixing it in.
Add the mixture to a piping bag.
Grab a cute glass jar or container (wine glasses are fun for this) layer fruit and fluff.
Add some details for a special touch Decorating the top is the easiest.
