Lemon Berry Parfait

This Lemon Berry Parfait is so easy, you can make it with any flavor combo! It’s so good you won’t believe it’s low carb and keto friendly. I think this little number will set off your breakfast in bed for Mother’s Day

Lemon Berry Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream 

  • 1 (6oz) box sugar free lemon gelatin 

Directions

  1. Add whipping cream to a bowl (I cool a stainless bowl bc it keeps the cream colder longer) and whip until stiff peaks are formed (i used a stand mixer)

  2. Add the gelatin powder to the whipped cream gently mixing it in. 

  3. Add the mixture to a piping bag.

  4. Grab a  cute glass jar or container (wine glasses are fun for this) layer fruit and fluff.

  5. Add some details for a special touch Decorating the top is the easiest.
