3 Layer Gelatin Dessert

This simple, layered, gelatin dessert is both easy to make and it looks beautiful! This recipe is perfect for a crowd.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 large size packages of gelatin (any flavor)

  • 2 large size tubs of whipped topping

  • Fruit for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Layer one: Prepare gelatin per box instructions. Pour into the bottom of an 9x13 pan

  2. Layer two: Add a packet of gelatin to ½ cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add the mixture to one of the whipped topping containers. Stir until well blended and top layer one with this mixture.

  3. Layer 3: Top layer 2 with whipped topping and fruit of choice. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs before serving
