Three-Cheese Garlic Monkey Bread
Ingredients
1 can biscuits (8-count)
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x9 casserole dish or baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley. Next stir the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses into the butter mixture. Add the cut biscuit pieces to the bowl with the butter and cheese mixture. Toss gently to ensure each piece is evenly coated.
Layer the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared casserole dish, spreading them evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving. Pull apart pieces to enjoy the gooey, cheesy, garlicky goodness.
