The Perfect Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 Piece of ciabatta bread,

• 4 slices of bacon pork or turkey ( your preference ),

• 1 piece Gouda cheese,

• 1 egg, Pinch of hot sauce,

• 4 Tps. of butter,

  PREPARATION 

1. first gonna preheat the grill, when is ready add the bacon, egg and little of butter

2. Rub butter on the ciabatta bread, and toasted.

3. When the bacon and egg is ready start ensamble our sandwich,

4. The way gonna ensamble bread, bacon, egg, cheese, some 3 drops of hot sauce and the bread.
