Thanksgiving Empanada inspired Monkey Bread

Thanksgiving Leftovers Crispy Tacos
Ingredients
3 tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Mascarpone Cheese
Leftover cooked Sweet potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
Anise Seed
Cinnamon
1 stick of butter
Brown Sugar
Preparation
Unroll crescents
Sprinkle over each anise seeds and cinnamon , then alternate sweet potatoes , marscapone & cranberries onto each triangle.
Loosely roll each one up and place into greased Bundt pan with sliced Butter & 1/2 c brown sugar .
Repeat with all 3 tubes of crescent rolls.
Bake as directed, may take a little longer .
Make a simple glaze with 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar, vanilla & a tiny bit of water.
Once bread is cooked and cooled 10 min flip onto a plate, top with glaze.
