Jalapeno Cilantro Mustard
Ingredients
1 cup prepared dijon
1/2 bunch blanched cilantro, patted dry
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp cold water
1/2 jalapeno, seeded
1/2 tsp toasted ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
Pinch salt and pepper
Directions
Combine mustard powder and cold water, and set to the side.
Combine dijon, cumin, salt, pepper, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor or in a bowl with an immersion blender. Process, add wet mustard powder, and process again.
Store in fridge, lasts for about 1 month
