Ingredients:
Seasonings: Garlic, Onion, Italian & All Purpose Seasoning (Slap Ya Mama for me)
Directions:
Wash and dry your peppers
Carve the top off and clean the seeds out
Heat a pan/skillet then add 2 Tbsp oil
Pat dry and season your chicken
Sear each side for 2-3 minutes each
Remove chicken and let cool
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Add the cream cheese to the same skillet
Shred chicken after it rests
Add the chicken back in the skillet
Add the rice, shredded cheese & combine
Combine and add the heavy cream to thin
Stuff your peppers & add to casserole dish
Add a little water to the bottom of dish
Bake for about 15 minutes or until desired
