Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy

This easy Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy is a quick and healthy side dish loaded with garlic, soy sauce, and a touch of sesame oil. Ready in minutes, it’s the perfect way to enjoy crisp-tender greens with bold Asian-inspired flavor—great with rice, noodles, or your favorite protein.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1-inch grated ginger

  • 1 pound baby bok choy, roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

 

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the bok choy and coat it with the oil. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the water and salt, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes until the bok choy is tender.

  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
