Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1-inch grated ginger
1 pound baby bok choy, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the bok choy and coat it with the oil. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the water and salt, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes until the bok choy is tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
