Shrimp Birria Tacos with a Flavor Bomb Twist! (EZ BOMBS)

Juicy shrimp meet bold Birria flavor in this easy, mouthwatering taco recipe. Perfect for taco night with a twist—dip, sizzle, fold, and enjoy

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lb raw shrimp

  • ½ Birria Bomb (EZ Bombs)

  • 2 cups water

  • Flour tortillas (or your choice)

  • ½ onion, diced

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

  • Shredded cheese (optional, but recommended)

 

Directions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and set aside.

  2. In a blender, combine 2 cups of water with half a Birria Bomb. Blend until smooth.

  3. Lightly fry shrimp in a pan for 1–2 minutes. Pour the Birria sauce over the shrimp and let simmer.

  4. Dip tortillas in the sauce, then place in a hot pan. Add shrimp and cheese to one side, fold the tortilla, and cook until crispy—about 3–4 minutes per side.

    Options: Pour remaining sauce into small bowls for dipping.

    Serve tacos with diced onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.
