Ingredients
2 lb raw shrimp
½ Birria Bomb (EZ Bombs)
2 cups water
Flour tortillas (or your choice)
½ onion, diced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 limes, cut into wedges
Shredded cheese (optional, but recommended)
Directions
Pat shrimp dry and set aside.
In a blender, combine 2 cups of water with half a Birria Bomb. Blend until smooth.
Lightly fry shrimp in a pan for 1–2 minutes. Pour the Birria sauce over the shrimp and let simmer.
Dip tortillas in the sauce, then place in a hot pan. Add shrimp and cheese to one side, fold the tortilla, and cook until crispy—about 3–4 minutes per side.
Options: Pour remaining sauce into small bowls for dipping.
Serve tacos with diced onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.
