Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup salted butter (softened)
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 containers (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), separated
1 small box (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup heavy cream
Grated semi-sweet chocolate (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375-degree F
Mix flour, softened salted butter, and chopped walnuts in a bowl until it forms a crumbly dough. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping and spread this layer evenly over the cooled crust.
Whisk together chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and heavy cream until thickened (about 2 minutes). Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the second container of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Grate semi-sweet chocolate and chopped walnuts over the top as garnish. (Optional)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
