Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, washed and dried

  •  3 tbsp honey

  •  4 garlic cloves, minced

  •  3 tbsp butter, melted

  •  Salt and pepper, to taste

  •  1 tbsp parsley

  •  1 tsp dried minced onion

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper. Add carrots and toss to coat.

  3. Spread carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle any remaining sauce over top.

  4. Roast for 25 minutes or until carrots are tender and caramelized to your liking.
