Roasted Honey Garlic Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, washed and dried
3 tbsp honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp dried minced onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper. Add carrots and toss to coat.
Spread carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle any remaining sauce over top.
Roast for 25 minutes or until carrots are tender and caramelized to your liking.
