Roasted Garlic and Goat Cheese Hot Dip

This is the perfect appetizer for goat cheese lovers! It's made with goat cheese, roasted garlic, parmesan, and thyme. Serve with crackers or crudité
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves roasted garlic (about 1 small head)

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon honey (drizzle for a sweet contrast)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

  • Crusty bread, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping
