Roasted Garlic and Goat Cheese Hot Dip
Ingredients
3 cloves roasted garlic (about 1 small head)
8 ounces goat cheese, softened
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional Toppings:
1 tablespoon honey (drizzle for a sweet contrast)
1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)
