Quick Remoulade

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise, or vegan mayo

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 2 garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 scallion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder

  • Pinch of cayenne

    Chives for sprinkling, optional

 

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic, scallion, lemon juice, onion powder, and cayenne.

  2. Chill
