Quesadilla Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Chili Powder 

  • 2 Tbsp Cumin 

  • 1 tsp Oregano, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper, & Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch (optional) 

  • 1 pack Ground Beef / Meat 

  • 1 pack Flour Tortilla Shells 

  • 1 Lettuce, 

  • 1 Onion, 

  • 1 Tomato, 

  • 1 Cilantro, 

  • 1 Lime 

  • 1 Avocado 

  • 1 pack Shredded Cheese 

  • 1 Tbsp Sour Cream 

  • 1 Tbsp Taco Sauce

    Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl mix chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, & salt. 

  • 2. Add ground beef to a skillet and cook on medium high, once hallway done drain grease, add half of the taco seasoning to the meat and cook until done, stirring occasionally (season to taste) 

  • 3. Preheat a new skillet (med. high) with light olive oil and place tortilla down, add some shredded cheese and cook until cheese soften. Place another tortilla shell on top, press down, & flip over. Cook for 20 seconds and fold over. 

  • Take off & place in taco rack or on a plate. 

  • 4. Dice cilantro, tomato, onion, slice lime, avocado & lettuce. 

  • 5. Layer taco: meat, tomato, onion, taco sauce, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, cilantro, avocado, & lime. 

  • NOTE: cornstarch is used, do not drain the grease, add cornstarch to taco seasoning mixture.
