Pork Steak; Pan-fried or Oven-baked
Make It!
Oven-baked Pork Steak
Prepare your pork chop with salt, pepper, and the seasonings of your choice.
Then pan-sear in a lightly greased, screaming hot, oven-safe skillet for 3 minutes on one side.
Flip and put it in a 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.
Pan-Fried Pork Steak
Prepare your pork chop with salt, pepper, and seasoning of your choice.
Bread with flour and put in a hot skillet on medium high heat with about 1/2 inch of oil.
Fry completely on one side until brown.
Flip and cook on the other side.
The longer it sits with the breading, the less likely it is for the breading to come off while cooking.
