Pineapple Whip

 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • One 13 oz can of coconut milk

  • ½ cup of pineapple juice

 

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender blend until smooth .

It is ready to eat if you like soft serve. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours if you want a harder consistency.
