Ingredients

  • One 9 inch graham cracker crust

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1½ tsp cinnamon, separated

  • ½ cup oats

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the crust.

  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft and caramelized (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly, then spoon over the cheesecake layer.

  3. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Toast in a pan for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle over the apples.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
