Nice Cream 3 Ways

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream:

• 3 ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

• 1 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

• ¼ cup Plant-Based milk (more or less optional, to consistency you desire)

• 3-4 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

  Mango Nice Cream:

• 3 ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

• 1 Cup Frozen Mango chunks

  Blueberry Nice Cream:

• 3 ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

• 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

• Optional: top with crumbles Vanilla Cookies

Directions

• Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream: Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.

  Add the frozen mango chunks and blend until fully incorporated.

  Serve immediately or freeze for later.

• Mango Nice Cream:

  Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.

  Add the frozen mango chunks and blend until fully incorporated.

  Serve immediately or freeze for later.

• Blueberry Nice Cream:

  Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.

  Add the frozen blueberries and blend until fully incorporated.

  Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.
