Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 8 frozen or homemade cooked meatballs

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly and press it into the muffin tin, creating a cup shape.

  3. Place one cooked meatball in the center of each biscuit cup. Spoon a tablespoon of marinara sauce over each meatball. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of each cup, followed by a pinch of Parmesan cheese. If desired, sprinkle with Italian seasoning for added flavor.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Allow cups cool slightly before carefully removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
