Maggie's Egg Roll in a Bowl

This meal has all the fillings of an egg roll, but in a bowl for a full meal! Ground meat, cabbage, veggies, soy, and garlic
 

Ingredients

  • 24 oz ground meat

  • 16 oz Coleslaw

  • 1 cup chopped green onion

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 1 TBSP rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

 

Directions

  1. Cook your ground meat on medium heat until it browns.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook to your preferred tenderness.
