Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Dan (@The.Organizer.Man) went classic as he finished his sides LIVE with Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes. Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

•   1 cup water

•   Yellow/Gold potatoes (any amount) peeled and quartered

•   Chicken bullion powder

•   Butter

•   Cream

•   Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  Add 1 cup water to the Instant Pot. Place the Instant Pot strainer in the bottom.

2.  Add peeled and quartered potatoes.

3.  Cover Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 12 minutes.

4.  Use quick release when complete.

5.  Remove strainer with the potatoes. Carefully empty the water from the Instant Pot and put the potatoes back in the Instant Pot.

6.  Mash potatoes with masher or whip with hand mixer.

7.  Add butter, chicken bouillon powder and salt to taste.

8.  Gradually add milk until you reach your desired consistency.

 

Measure with your heart.
