Ghana Marinade (African Salsa)

Ghana Marinade, also known as African Salsa, is a bold blend of onion, peppers, tomato, ginger, and garlic. Use it as a vibrant marinade for meats or a spicy dip for chips.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ Large yellow onion

  • 5 Serrano Peppers

  • ½ Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Roma tomato

  • 2 tbs (Frozen) ginger

  • 2 tbs (Frozen) garlic

 

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend. If using as marinade, pour over meat, mix and cover in fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. If using as salsa, top with salt and use as dip with chips.
