Ghana Marinade (African Salsa)
Ghana Marinade, also known as African Salsa, is a bold blend of onion, peppers, tomato, ginger, and garlic. Use it as a vibrant marinade for meats or a spicy dip for chips.
Ingredients
½ Large yellow onion
5 Serrano Peppers
½ Red Bell Pepper
1 Roma tomato
2 tbs (Frozen) ginger
2 tbs (Frozen) garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend. If using as marinade, pour over meat, mix and cover in fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. If using as salsa, top with salt and use as dip with chips.
