Garlic Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
1 pack chicken thighs
1/4 cup dry Italian dressing
1/4 tsp Italian & oregano seasoning
1/4 tsp slap ya mama & garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt & pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tbs minced garlic
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
11/2 tsp better than bouillon Italian herb
4 cups spinach
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian & oregano seasoning
1/2 tsp slap ya mama & garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt, pepper, & ground ginger
1 pack Buitoni Fettuccine refrigerated pasta
Directions
Season chicken thighs with dry Italian dressing, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, oregano, slap ya mama, garlic powder, salt, & pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add chicken.
Cook chicken on medium heat for 6 minutes on both sides.
Place chicken on a paper towel to drain grease and sit to the side.
In a large skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 2 mins (or until lightly browned).
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian herb bouillon.
Bring to a boil.
Add seasoning, stir, and add spinach.
Once the spinach is cooked down, add cheese: stir for 2 mins.
Add Buitoni Fettuccine and cook for 4 mins.
Slice chicken and plate, w/ parsley ana shaved Parmesan cheese
