Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pack chicken thighs

  • 1/4 cup dry Italian dressing

  • 1/4 tsp Italian & oregano seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp slap ya mama & garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 2 Tbs minced garlic

  • 3 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 11/2 tsp better than bouillon Italian herb

  • 4 cups spinach

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Italian & oregano seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp slap ya mama & garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, & ground ginger

  • 1 pack Buitoni Fettuccine refrigerated pasta

Directions

  1. Season chicken thighs with dry Italian dressing, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, oregano, slap ya mama, garlic powder, salt, & pepper.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add chicken.

  3. Cook chicken on medium heat for 6 minutes on both sides.

  4. Place chicken on a paper towel to drain grease and sit to the side.

  5. In a large skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 2 mins (or until lightly browned).

  6. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian herb bouillon.

  7. Bring to a boil.

  8. Add seasoning, stir, and add spinach.

  9. Once the spinach is cooked down, add cheese: stir for 2 mins.

  10. Add Buitoni Fettuccine and cook for 4 mins.

  11. Slice chicken and plate, w/ parsley ana shaved Parmesan cheese
