1 Hour Fast Bread
Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup milk, warm
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 package instant yeast
2-1/2 cup flour (volume not weight)
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until well-mixed.
Transfer the liquid ingredients to a bowl and slowly add in flour. The dough will be thicker than a batter but still wet.
Move the dough to an oiled, prepared baking dish, 8x8 inches. Cover for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
Gently, add egg wash, for browning and put into a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
