Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for garnish (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Prepare the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  2. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the pudding mixture until smooth.

  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla extract for extra flavor, if desired.
