Easy Cannoli Dip

This Cannoli Dip is a decadent and easy-to-make dessert that's perfect for any occasion. Made with creamy ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and a touch of vanilla, this dip is sure to be a hit with everyone. Serve it with waffle cone pieces, graham crackers, or fresh fruit for a delicious and satisfying treat.

 

Ingredients

  • 32 oz ricotta cheese

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened this swaps for mascarpone and works great!

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1½ cups mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional, for a classic cannoli vibe)

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and ricotta until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using. Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving a handful for garnish.

  2. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to firm up and let the flavors come together.

  3. Garnish with extra mini chocolate chips right before serving. Serve with broken cannoli shells, waffle cone pieces, graham crackers, or fruit.
