Coconut Margarita

Cooking with Father Preneur's Coconut Margarita is made with coconut tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime
 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Coconut tequila

  • 1 oz Orange liqueur

  • 2 cups of Ice, separated

  • 3 oz Pineapple juice

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut cream

  • Pineapple leaf

  • Juice of ¼ to ½ of a lime, depending on preference

 

Directions

  1. To the shaker, add the coconut tequila and orange liqueur. Next, add the coconut cream, lime juice, and pineapple juice.

  2. Shake well, 5-10 seconds. This is a “dry shake”, meaning no ice is added, and creates a frothy drink.

  3. Finally, add a cup of ice into the shaker. Shake well again.

  4. Strain into your favorite margarita glass (over fresh ice). Add the pineapple leaf as garnish. Cheers!
