Chopped Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
½ onion, chopped
1 loaf French bread
8 slices provolone cheese
Salt, pepper, steak seasoning to taste
Sauce
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat butter + olive oil in skillet. Sauté bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion for 5 minutes.
Add beef. Season with salt, pepper, steak seasoning. Brown fully.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and pepper.
Slice French bread in half. Place on baking sheet. Slather with sauce. Top with beef/veggie mix. Cover with provolone. Bake 10–15 minutes.
Slice and serve warm. Extra napkins recommended.
