Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients
Two tbsp of Salt Pepper Garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
Juice from one orange
Juice from one lime
1 cup olive oil
4-6 cloves garlic chopped
½ shallot
1 bunch Cilantro
1 stalk scallions(green onion)
Directions
Chop Cilantro, onion and garlic. Add to a bowl or ziploc bag.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
Add meat and let marinate overnight. Perfect for fajitas, skirt steaks and chicken. This is a great flavor profile for a taco themed dinner.
