Caramel Apple Shot

Sometimes we need a little extra something.

Caramel Apple Shot

Ingredients

1 Granny Smith apple sliced thin

2 oz lemon juice

4oz Béquet Green Apple caramels

1/4 cup half & half

2oz apple whisky (we used Crown regal apple)

2oz caramel bourbon cream ( we used Ezra Brooks toasted caramel)

Ice

Shaker

Shot glasses

Preperation

In a microwaveable dish melt Béquet Green Apple Caramels and Half & half in 30 second increments stirring until it’s smooth

Rim your shot glasses w the caramel mixture

Slice the apple & pour lemon juice over it to prevent browning

Add ice to your shaker

Add apple whisky & caramel bourbon cream to a shaker over ice (equal parts if you’re making several)

Shake shake shake

Strain into shot glasses

Garnish w an apple slice & serve
