Rainbow Aglio E Olio
(ah-li-oh ee o-li-oh)
Ingredients
12 oz package of rainbow spaghetti
1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon (whatever flavor you like)
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp red pepper flake
8 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
Italian seasoning
Ciliegine (cherry-sized mozzarella)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook the pasta, reserve 1 cup of the water Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water and add bouillon.
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Before you drain the pasta, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Leave pasta in the strainer
Add garlic, olive oil, red pepper flake & Italian seasoning to the pan, letting them co-mingle over medium heat.
Once garlic is starting to brown add the pasta in coating the noodles followed by the pasta water Remove from heat and tear mozzarella balls into half, stirring one last time
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve
