I have written 2 cookbooks, one is not in production anymore but the other is called the Village Feast and is available on my website www.thevillagefeast.com.au and I ship worldwide.
I also have my own spice range. I do a lot of charity work and run 2 charities. One is for the elderly, making care packs for them and the other is a mental health support line which I am starting mid-February it's called welfare warriors.
