Walking Taco

This is a meal made with Octoberdragonfly's famous Busy Mom's Freezer Meat Sauce with the Taco Night variation

Octoberdragonfly's Walking Taco! This is made with her busy mom's meat sauce with black beans, taco seasoning, and rotel. Then it goes in a bag of corn chips, topped with your choice of salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Busy Mom's Freezer Meat Sauce

  • 1 can rotel

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or to taste)

  • Taco toppings of choice: shredded lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa, cheese, etc.

  • Single serving bag of chips (Fritos, Doritos, or any nacho chips, not snack size)

Directions

  1. Defrost, busy mom’s freezer meat sauce. Add meat sauce, rotelle, taco seasoning, and black beans (if using) to a skillet bring to a simmer until ready to serve.

  2. Open the bag of chips and roll down the edges of the bag. Scoop a good portion of the meat sauce onto the chips, leaving room for the toppings.

  3. Top with your favorite taco toppings and don’t forget the fork... unless you’re doing walking nachos!
