Tropical Zinger Dry Rub
This rub is a savory/spicy blend that has a lip-tingling spice at the end of the cook. If tasted fresh, it will appear spicy. Try this rub on poultry... probably pork as well.
Ingredients
4 tbsp kosher salt
5 tbsp granulated garlic
3 tbsp granulated onion
4 tbsp red hatch chili powder
1 tsp air dried rosemary
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp coriander
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp cayenne pepper.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
