Taco Sticks

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough

  • Cheese sticks

  • Melted butter

  • Optional toppings: salsa, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning according to packet instructions.

  3. Unroll pizza crust dough and cut into rectangles. Stretch each rectangle slightly and spoon taco meat onto one end. Place a cheese stick on top of the meat. Roll dough, enclosing meat and cheese, and press edges to seal.

  4. Place filled sticks on a baking sheet, spaced apart. Brush melted butter on top of each stick.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve with toppings. Enjoy!
