Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic

  • 6 large Yukon gold potatoes

  • Salt White pepper

  • 1 stick butter

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • ¼ cup sour cream

 

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into large chunks for faster boiling.

  2. Roast garlic wrapped in foil, with salt and olive oil for 30 minutes at 350°.

  3. When potatoes are fork tender, mash them together with all the ingredients.

  4. Serve chunky or creamy, however you'd like.

  5. Serve with a reverse Seared chuck eye steak.
