Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
1 bulb garlic
6 large Yukon gold potatoes
Salt White pepper
1 stick butter
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup sour cream
Directions
Cut potatoes into large chunks for faster boiling.
Roast garlic wrapped in foil, with salt and olive oil for 30 minutes at 350°.
When potatoes are fork tender, mash them together with all the ingredients.
Serve chunky or creamy, however you'd like.
Serve with a reverse Seared chuck eye steak.
