No-Bake Key Lime Bars
This No-Bake Key Lime Pie is creamy, tangy, and irresistibly smooth. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a fluffy citrus filling, it’s the perfect easy dessert for any occasion!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
½ stick (4 tbsp) butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup key lime juice
Lime zest, for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a small casserole dish
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the heavy cream and whip with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
