This No-Bake Key Lime Pie is creamy, tangy, and irresistibly smooth. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a fluffy citrus filling, it’s the perfect easy dessert for any occasion!
 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

  • ½ stick (4 tbsp) butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • ½ cup key lime juice

  • Lime zest, for garnish

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a small casserole dish

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the heavy cream and whip with a mixer until light and fluffy.

  3. Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
