Ingredients
2 boxes of Ronzoni Elbows
1/2 a jar of mayonnaise
1/2 a Red Pepper
1/2 a Green Pepper
1 Tsp of Salt or to your liking
1 Tsp of Black Pepper or to your liking
Feeds 10 if you portion right
Preparation
Take your box of elbow macaroni’s and put them in boiling, salted water for about eight minutes
Then take your macaroni’s out and drain all the water and put in your bowl.
Add your mayonnaise, green and red peppers then add your salt and black pepper.
Incorporate gently so you dont break the pasta
Then put it in the fridge
Note: you can dress this up any way you like by adding chopped hard boiled eggs, celery, red pepper flakes, minced pickles and so on. You make it your own!
