Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs seedless grapes (a mix of green and red works well)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz sour cream

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for topping)

 

Directions

  1. Prepare the Grapes: Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove any stems and set them aside.

  2. Make the Creamy Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  3. Combine with Grapes: Gently fold the grapes into the creamy mixture until they are evenly coated.

  4. Add Toppings: Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped nuts over the top for added crunch and flavor.

  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
