Ingredients
Leftover white or dark meat Turkey
1 zucchini
I white onion
Can of pinto beans
Tomato paste
Can of kidney beans
1 cont of turkey stock
Butter
Can chili ready tomatoes
Garlic paste
1 small can of green chilis
1 can of corn
1 package of chili mix optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Preparation
Dice onion and zucchini set aside
open all cams you can drain the corn and beans
Shred turkey with mixer set to side
Turn the stove burner on high with pot add butter onions to get Caramelized also add the garlic paste
Add the zucchini to do the same
5 stir in tomato paste
Add green chilis
add tomato paste
add all cans
Add turkey
Add seasonings
Add turkey stock and water
Bring to a boil
Turn down heat let it simmer
Serve And top with what you desire
