Jasmine Rice
Ingredients
4½ cups water
3 cups jasmine rice(DON'T RINSE IT)
1 TBS salt
1 stick butter
Directions
Bring salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add rice and cover cover for 30 seconds so it comes back to a rolling boil.
Then add butter. Stir, turn heat on the lowest setting.
Cover and allow to steam for 17 minutes. Fluff rice and remove from heat completely.
Serve and enjoy.
