📖 Ingredients:
⭐️ 1 Pack or 1 C. Crawfish Tails
⭐️ 1 Package of Cooked Penne Pasta
⭐️ 2 TBSPS Butter + 2 TBSPS Olive Oil
⭐️ 2 C. Fresh Grated Parmesan
⭐️ 1/2 C. Dry White Wine
⭐️ 1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour
⭐️ 1 C. Heavy Cream
⭐️ 1 Small Shallot, Minced
⭐️ 2 TBSPS Garlic, Minced
⭐️ 1 TSP @Tony Chachere Seasoning
⭐️ 1 TSP Dried Parsley
⭐️ Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
📖 Recipe:
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. In a skillet add butter and olive oil. Let melt and brown together.
3. Add your shallots and garlic. Let cook for a few minutes to brown and become fragrant.
4. Add your crawfish and seasonings. Cook another few minutes.
5. Add your flour and allow to cook for several more minutes.
6. Add your white wine and have your pasta ready by this time.
7. Add in your heavy cream and stir until thickened.
8. Turn off the heat and add your cheese. Mix well until melted. Reserve some cheese to the side for garnish.
9. Add in your pasta and toss/mix well.
10. Serve with a little extra cheese, lemon zest and a few sliced lemons.
